This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

For the Osage River...including Taberville...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Osage River at Taberville. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. B Highway 2.5 miles east of Rich Hill in the vicinity of the Bates County Drainage Ditch is under several feet of water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 32.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM CDT Monday was 34.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Saturday morning and continue falling to 22.8 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet. - Flood History...No available flood history. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
