European Union cookie policy

As REC serves clients in the European Union, this policy is necessary in order to comply with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.

This policy covers the entire universe of REC Networks ("REC") websites that utilize third-party content management software and/or contains third-party content through widgets or iframes.  These sites are on the following domains: RECNET.COM, RECNET.CO.UK, RECFM.ORG, RECFM.US, J1FM.COM, J1FM.TOKYO, J1HD.COM, MICHICHAN.COM, MICHIBRADLEY.COM, MICHIASA.COM, DELMARVAFM.ORG (collectively, "services").

REC normally does not utilize cookies on these sites that were organically created by us.  This includes the following domains: FCC.TODAY and  most content on RECNET.NET.  This policy is not relevant for those domains. 

REC does utilize cookies on the following organically created sites: MYLPFM.COM (version 3, for session flow), FCCDATA.ORG (only for storing a Google Maps API key for map display when a user wishes to use Google maps instead of standard REC mapping).
