LPFM.us: Mobile app in listings
Links to mobile apps in LPFM.us
With this update, LPFM.us, the national LPFM directory now supports the linking of station listings to the station's official mobile apps in Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Listings in LPFM.us will show with the Android and Apple logos. Clicking those links on the listing will take the user to the mobile app.
Links to the app stores will also appear on the station detail screen in LPFM.us.
Adding your station's mobile app
Stations wishing to add their mobile apps to their LPFM.us listing can put the request in through LPEDIT, our LPFM station profile editor available for station use at:
You will need your station's 6-digit Facility ID.
LPFM stations that participate in Voluntary Public Inspection File (VPIF) can use their VPIF password to access LPEDIT.
LPFM stations that were past clients of REC where we may still have your FRN password on file (if you have not changed it since) can try accessing using that password in LPEDIT.
LPFM stations without a password can put in a manual request through LPEDIT. REC does not accept direct emails for LPFM.us updates.
The mobile apps linked must be your station's official apps and not the apps of any kind of aggregator (such as TuneIn, iHeart, Live365, etc.)
REC reserves the right to de-list inappropriate apps.
