FAQ: Can two LPFM stations share a single EAS decoder?

Sharing of an Emergency Alert System (EAS) decoder by more than one LPFM station is normally prohibited.

The only exception to the policy is if the two or more LPFMs are in a time share agreement (where only one of the stations is on the air at one time) and also share the same transmitter may also share the same EAS decoder.
