The FCC has issued a Public Notice to announce that for the 2018 National EAS Test, all broadcast stations must have their Form One filled out in ETRS prior to August 27, 2018. Like previous years, REC is offering full-service filing for Forms One, Two and Three for a single flat rate of $150/all in per station.
