This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

Mississippi River at Hannibal. Mississippi River at Saverton. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville. * WHEN...From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Water enters the parking lot entrance at the Clarksville Riverfront Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 AM CDT Saturday was 25.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.2 feet this afternoon. It will then rise to 28.5 feet Thursday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
