The NAB's SVP of Communications has authored an advocacy piece calling for immediate action from the courts when it comes to loosening the FCC's local ownership rules for radio and television, labeling the current regulations "from a bygone era." The comments come as broadcasters offered oral arguments in a case against the FCC.
