eLMS: owr_facility
Facilities associated with a specific application.
Warning: the column facility_group should not be depended on for any purpose other than association with the table owr_facility_group. In the event that the ownership report is amended or otherwise re-ran through the eLMS parser, it will pick up a new facility_group and the previous facility_group will be removed.

Used to group stations owned by different entities that the respondent to the ownership report is associated with. The name and FRN of the licensee/permittee can be obtained by associating this column with table owr_facility_group. |
