FCC.today: new Daily Releases section added

A new "Daily Releases" section has been added to FCC.today.  It will only be on the desktop version and will be located between Broadcast Applications and Broadcast Actions.  

Daily Releases will track all of the new documents released by the FCC (from all Bureaus, not just Media) in order to provide a "first view" into newly released decisions and documents.

Clicking the news item will open a new browser tab and take you to that item at FCC.gov.

Releases made within the past 30 minutes will display with a yellow background.

Data will be retrieved every 5 minutes between 8AM and 8PM EDT (7AM and 7PM EST), Monday through Friday.   Nothing will display on the weekend.

No mobile version of this content is expected for release.  Mobile users can still click on the "Daily Releases" link to obtain this information from the FCC.
