REC Advisory Letter #25: Assuring information with FCC/state are current

Avoid potential forfeitures or other actions by assuring that the information on file with the FCC and the state are current, including required state annual report filings.

Government reopens.

FCC was not impacted during the Government Shutdown.

Government shutdown in effect, however FCC remains open.

Remaining funding from the previous appropriation means the agency will remain operational until further notice.

Can an FM translator for a full-service broadcast station displace the FM translator for an LPFM station because the full-service station is primary status?
