In this document, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB), in coordination with the Media Bureau (MB) provides detailed instructions for 12.7-13.25 GHz band (12.7 GHz band) Broadband Auxiliary Service (BAS) and Cable Television Relay Services (CARS) licensees to file certifications of accuracy, or modification applications to correct, existing information in the Universal Licensing System (ULS) and Cable Operations & Licensing System (COALS), respectively, and these Bureaus establish a window for the filing of these certifications.

On September 26, 2022, the Federal Communications Commission's Media Bureau, Video Division (Bureau) issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in response to a petition for rulemaking filed by The University of Nebraska (Petitioner), the licensee of noncommercial educational (NCE) television station KUON-TV (KUON-TV or Station), channel *12, Lincoln, Nebraska, requesting the substitution of UHF channel *27 for VHF channel *12 at Lincoln in the Table of TV Allotments. For the reasons set forth in the Report and Order referenced below, the Bureau amends FCC regulations to substitute channel *27 for channel *12 at Lincoln.

This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by L.D.F. Business Development Corp., the non-gaming wholly-owned business entity of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (LDF Tribe), proposing to amend the FM Table of Allotments, by allotting Channel 225A at Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin, as a Tribal allotment and the community's first local service. A staff engineering analysis indicates that Channel 225A can be allotted to Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin, consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's rules, with a site restriction of 12.1 km (7.5 miles) northwest of the community. The reference coordinates are 46-01-14 NL and 89-44-54 WL. Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin is located within 320 kilometers (199 miles) of the U.S.-Canada border. Commission staff has requested Canadian concurrence.

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission or FCC) adopted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, in which it seeks comment on proposals to change the digital audio broadcasting technical rules that would permit additional FM stations to increase FM hybrid digital effective radiated power (FM Digital ERP) beyond the existing levels without the need for individual Commission authorization, as well as allowing asymmetric digital sideband operation. These specific rule changes were proposed based on two consolidated Petitions for Rule Making filed in 2019 and 2022.

In the first part of this Order, the Commission establishes a licensing regime for Next Gen TV stations' multicast streams that are aired on host stations during the transition period. In the second part of this Order, the Commission retains the substantially similar rule and the requirement to comply with the ATSC A/322 standard.
