Non-Streamlined Pleading Cycle Established

By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau establishes WT Docket No. 25-276, which is captioned, "Build America: Eliminating Barriers to Wireless Deployments."

The Enforcement Bureau directs 12 companies named in Appendix A to cure their deficient RMD certifications. In addition, the companies in Appendix B have failed to respond to one or more traceback requests.
