Changes the source for the header to LMS for all facilities, not just those that were started in LMS (facility ID > 700000). The CDBS header will no longer be used.
AM facilities now show frequency in the (LMS) header.
Changed LMS facility status from all-caps (as shown in the LMS raw data) to mixed case.

With assignment and transfer application types now moving from CDBS to LMS, we will start the process to change facility header and party (names and address of licensee) data from CDBS to LMS raw data. Throughout the holiday weekend, the changes may impact the availability of the following pages at times:
Party information not displaying

We are experiencing an ongoing problem with party information displaying in REC systems. Party information includes licensee names, addresses, etc. This is a FCC issue with their CDBS raw data. REC will eventually be moving this data source from CDBS to LMS.

Temporary fix placed in FCCdata to default to LMS data source to restore licensee name and address in header. Some functionality, including station logos and AM frequency display in header will not work during the temporary fix.

Fixed a bug where requests to www.recnet.com (as opposed to just recnet.com) was not reaching the CMS.
FCC Database Issue: Bad CDBS load

The FCC sent a blank CDBS party file in last night's load. As a result, names of owners as well as potentially other information are not displaying in FCCdata and some other tools. No ETU.

FCCdata: LPFM station logos

FCCdata will now display station logos that are shown in LPFM.us. If the station uploaded a logo in LPFM.ws (Voluntary Public File), then that logo will override the LPFM.us logo.

FCC real time updates every 20 mins due to renewals

Due to the anticipated high volume of applications filed on 11/30 and 12/1 due to the radio renewal deadline in CO, MN, MT, ND and SD, LMSBOT will operate at 20 minute intervals on those days and on 12/2. LMSBOT normally operates every 10 minutes during business hours and 15 minutes outside of those hours. This additional period is necessary to be able to properly ingest and process the application data within each cycle and return the system in time to accept the next data update. We anticipate returning to the normal update schedule on 12/3.
FCCdata: LMS/eLMS assignments/transfers

FCCdata has been enhanced to support assignment of license and transfer of control (ALTC) applications filed in LMS. ALTC applications filed in LMS will show the "from-to" header in the application history similar to the CDBS applications.
eLMS: ALTC support

eLMS can now properly support assignment of license and transfer of control (ALTC) applications. Since at the time of writing, only radio related services (AM, FM, FX, FL) services have been filed in LMS, we are unable to add any TV functionality at this time. TV applications will get picked up by the parser and will probably result in incomplete records. Once TV applications are filed, we will modify the parser for any TV specific questions. LMSBOT3 parser has been modified to detect ALTC applications and direct them to the eLMS parser for processing.

LMSbot will be able to detect assignment of license and transfer of control (ALTC) applications and classify them with the appropriate coding to pass the file prefix ("AGN" or "TC") to fcc.today. This functionality was also added for consummation notices.
